I was brought in to develop and execute the YouTube strategy for Police1, their flagship channel, and provide strategic direction for their sister channels EMS1 and FireRescue1.
Over 90 days the channels drove 79,500 views, 1,800 hours of watch time, and 449 new subscribers, with view growth of 26% compared to the prior period. I built the content systems, identified the highest-performing content formats for their audience, and created the roadmap that kept production moving without requiring constant input from their internal team.
