AffirmHealth Telemedicine is a private practice run by Dr. Kazia Parsons that provides gender affirming healthcare and primary care to the LGBTQ+ community. Dr. Parsons had a WordPress site that looked dated and was difficult to manage. It had been built by a one-off freelancer, leaving her without support when updates inevitably went wrong. After attempting to make changes herself, sections like testimonials broke entirely, and adding basic content became a challenge. The site's design also lacked accessibility and didn't reflect the quality of her brand. We rebuilt the site from the ground up with a modern, colorful design that reflected her brand's approachable and creative energy. The new layout brought focus to her core services and guided visitors more naturally toward her booking link. To make ongoing updates effortless, we implemented a custom CMS, giving her full control over page content, images, and testimonials without worrying about breaking the site.

Managed end to end delivery of the project including overseeing design implementation, content integration, and launch coordination. Worked closely with designers and developers to ensure the final site reflected the hotel's upscale coastal brand while delivering a smooth guest experience from browsing to booking. Coordinated all phases from kickoff through go live, managing timelines, team communication, client feedback rounds, and QA across devices and browsers to ensure a polished and performant launch.

Led the complete redesign and rebuild of the Trip Planner feature, a key tool for guests planning their visit to this luxury golf and outdoor resort in Rome, Wisconsin. The rebuilt Trip Planner significantly improved the overall guest planning experience, making it easier for visitors to customize and organize their stay across Sand Valley's multiple courses, lodging options, and activities. Managed ongoing web requests and site updates post launch, serving as the point of contact for web related tasks and ensuring the site continued to perform at a high standard after the initial build was complete.

Led end to end delivery of a custom WordPress website build for The Dana on Mission Bay, the flagship property of the Bartell Hotel collection in San Diego. The Dana was built using custom code and Gutenberg blocks and served as the design and development template for four sister properties: Pacific Terrace Hotel, Days Inn Hotel Circle, Half Moon Inn, and Island Palms Hotel. Managed the full project across 11 homepage designs, two navigation design variations including a hybrid hamburger and page layout navigation for Pacific Terrace, and 9 internal page designs. Coordinated designers, developers, content integrators, copywriters, and SEO specialists through every phase from discovery through launch across all five properties simultaneously. Each sister site was built on The Dana's template and customized to match the individual property's branding including fonts, colors, and imagery while maintaining a consistent design system across the collection.
