Build a modern, conversion-ready portfolio that could position her as a category-leading voice on AI and decision-making, while also supporting future offers like a book, workshops, and partnerships.

Her existing online presence was fragmented, with different pages and platforms doing small pieces of the job but nothing operating as a cohesive, end-to-end digital ecosystem.

Ashley wanted a site that not only looked premium but also

Guided high-intent visitors, event organizers, tech leaders, and partners, toward booking speaking engagements, joining her list, and exploring deeper collaborations.

Ashley’s brand looked less focused and less authoritative than the quality of her ideas and talks. Event organizers had to click around to understand what she spoke about, who she’d worked with, and how to actually book her, which added friction at the exact moment they were deciding whether to reach out.
She also had no clear funnel:

No strategic way to capture emails from people interested in her book or future content, no structured way to highlight signature talks, and no analytics setup to understand which traffic sources were actually converting.

This meant she was leaving potential bookings, partnerships, and audience growth on the table, not because the demand wasn’t there, but because her digital experience wasn’t doing the job of a modern, conversion-focused portfolio.
I approached this as more than “just a website redesign”, the goal was to architect a high-converting digital ecosystem around Ashley’s speaking brand.
This combination of strategy, UX, and implementation helped position Ashley not just as a speaker with a website, but as a brand with a scalable digital system behind it.
