What I Did The Audit: Conducted a comprehensive technical audit of three potential CRM vendors (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho), using the 1-3-1 rule. I mapped features against agency goals and made it easy for the business owner to make a choice. The Evaluation: Scored vendors based on scalability, user adoption speed (product-led onboarding), and native integration capabilities.
