I'm Deborah, a Lagos-based Executive Assistant with 7+ years supporting founders, CEOs, and senior leaders across calendars, inboxes, research, and content. Working on West Africa Time means I'm often mid-workday while my clients are still asleep , so by the time they log on, the inbox is triaged, the calendar's confirmed, and the follow-ups are already moving.
I've helped co-build an AI-powered customer response system that grew annual sales for a business COO, proposed a research workaround that contributed to a grant award for a plant science director, and coordinated end-to-end travel logistics for a client's visiting family, all with the same instinct: catch the details before they become problems.

1. The Product Overview
What it is:Ā A comprehensive, end-to-end artisanal bakery operating system.Ā šÆ Real-World Utility:Ā Most local bakeries rely on messy WhatsApp chats, manual inventory counting, and phone calls for custom cake orders.Ā Bake Me HappyĀ replaces that chaos with a premium storefront and a highly intelligent backend.Ā šÆ Design Quality:Ā The design utilizes a boutique, minimalist aesthetic that matches the high-end nature of the products. It's fully mobile-responsive and feels like a luxury brand experience.
2. The Automation Depth.
Customer-Facing Automations (Revenue & CX)
š 3D Cake Customizer & Pricing Engine(Hero):Ā Automatically calculates complex pricing tiers in real-time as users customize their cakes (shape, flavor, layers, custom messages).
š AI Cake Concierge (Superagent):Ā A fully implemented web chatbot that asks customers what they are celebrating and suggests specific cakes from the catalog.
š WhatsApp AI Assistant:Ā A 24/7 automated WhatsApp flow that acts as a virtual cashierāanswering FAQs, taking custom orders, grabbing delivery details, and automatically syncing the order to the Admin Dashboard.
Business-Facing Automations (Time-Saving & Operations):
š Inventory AI(Hero):Ā Automatically tracks ingredient usage based on orders and generates alerts when stock is critical (e.g.,Ā < 3 days remaining), saving the owner hours of manual stock-taking.
š Review AI:Ā Automatically aggregates customer reviews and uses sentiment analysis to categorize complaints (Quality, Price, Packaging) and identify "Taste Trends".
š Bakery Co-Pilot:Ā An admin-facing AI assistant that can instantly generate daily business briefings and competitor intelligence reports. 4. The Story The Before: Ā An Instagram page with 5k followers where custom cake orders were a nightmare of manual DMs, manual price quoting, and guessing when ingredients were running low.Ā The After:Ā An end-to-end luxury storefront and an AI-powered operating system built entirely on Base44 that the business is actively using today!

Social media was great for discovery.
It just wasn't built to run a studio.
When @Base44 Ć @Contra launched the Give It A Glow Challenge, I built Riley Taylor Studio OS to solve that problem.
The website is more than a portfolio. It becomes the studio's digital front desk.
Clients can discover the artists, submit structured consultations, upload references, track their requests, receive automated confirmations and reminders, access aftercare, and get instant help from the AI Studio Concierge.
For the artists, every consultation arrives organized in one place. AI summarizes requests, automations handle repetitive tasks, and the entire booking workflow becomes faster and easier to manage.
The goal was never to replace the artistsāit was to give them more time to create.
The walkthrough video documents the complete transformation, showing the before, the after, and the automations that turn scattered social media conversations into one connected client journey.
Calling it a 'Studio OS' instead of just a portfolio is a smart repositioning, feels like it solves a real problem for tattoo studios specifically. What was missing from the typical booking/portfolio tools that pushed you to build this instead?
