GroupsApp — ONLINE GROUPS & COMMUNITIES FOR ALL

The app was not losing users because the UI was bad. It was asking for full commitment before giving anyone a reason to stay. GroupsApp (Online Groups & Communities for All) asked for personal details before showing a single group, and Discover showed everything at once. The fix: let people look inside first. Interests come before sign-up, and an account is asked for only when they join, post, or create. People do not resist signing up. They resist signing up for an empty room. Where else does an app ask for trust before showing anything?

Festivity, Written in Dots Can a festival feel personal inside a disciplined dark system? Most festive graphics lean on clip art and loud gradients. This set goes the other way: one dot grid, one dark base, a touch of amber. Traditional Indian motifs, mapped onto that grid for four moments: Dhanteras, Diwali, New Year and Bhai Bij. A festival changes the feeling. The brand stays itself. Designed in Figma for Ainvo. Feedback on grid density and contrast is welcome.

Live data looks like a features problem. The real problem is structuring complex data, so what matters reaches the user first. When complex data changes all at once, everything asks for attention at the same time. A person has one pair of eyes, so the data has to be structured in advance: what can wait, and what must reach them first. The best screen is the one that stays out of the way until it matters. The full project is under NDA. The case study goes live once the client approves it.
