Cover image for Travel & Adventure Landing Page
Travel & Adventure Landing Page — UI/UX Design A clean, nature-inspired landing page designed for an adventure travel/tour brand ("GoTravel"). The layout opens with a bold hero section pairing an outdoor lifestyle photo with a warm, inviting headline and clear call-to-action ("Explore Now"). Below, a horizontally scrollable "Choice of Destinations" gallery showcases curated locations, followed by a testimonials section for social proof and a soft, rounded CTA card driving newsletter signups. The design uses a warm neutral palette with orange accents, generous white space, and organic curved section dividers to give the page a relaxed, adventurous feel while keeping the UX simple and conversion-focused. Fully designed in Figma and adaptable into a responsive WordPress build.

Cover image for A rapidly growing healthcare provider
A rapidly growing healthcare provider was experiencing a 28% appointment no-show rate, fragmented booking and follow-up processes, limited real-time scheduling visibility, heavy administrative workloads, and insufficient analytics for capacity planning. I analyzed existing scheduling and care-coordination workflows, identified process gaps, mapped key stakeholders, and gathered business, functional, non-functional, data, security, compliance, and EMR integration requirements. I also developed process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and requirements documentation, while using Power BI to analyze appointment data. Based on the findings, I recommended a centralized scheduling platform featuring self-service booking, automated reminders, telehealth access, operational dashboards, and no-show risk indicators. The project delivered implementation-ready documentation and data-driven recommendations designed to reduce missed appointments, improve clinic utilization, streamline administrative processes, strengthen patient engagement, and support scalable growth.
