In digital design, it’s easy to get lost in the noise—endless layers, complex details, and heavy styling. With this piece, I wanted to strip away the clutter and focus on one specific idea: selective visibility.
Instead of a standard depth-of-field blur, I used a sharp four-point star cutout to frame the eyes, leaving the rest of the avatar in a heavy blur.
The techwear outfit sets the mood, but the visual hierarchy forces your attention straight to the gaze.
Whether you’re building a brand identity, designing a UI, or working on a visual concept, the goal is always the same: strip away the distraction until only the core message remains.
What if a brand only sold black, and still made you choose?
Meet VAEL, a lifestyle brand of black everyday goods: heavyweight tees, caps, pocket tools and playing cards. Every piece comes in two editions:
Onyx: all black, black on black. Quiet and minimal.
Contrast: black with white trims and silver details. Sharper, with a bit of edge.
I designed the homepage and Shop All page around that one choice. Pick an edition on any product and the visuals switch with it. The look stays clean: a white canvas, bold condensed type, soft rounded corners and one light-pink accent, so the products do the talking.
Included: desktop and mobile designs, a working prototype and editable Figma screens.

What if your favorite skincare brand got a Halloween makeover? 🕷️
For this little experiment, I’m giving The Ordinary a 𝔤𝔬𝔱𝔥 alter ego.
The challenge was keeping the things that make the brand instantly recognizable: its straightforward logo and typographic editorial layout, clinical packaging, and no-nonsense aesthetic.
Instead of turning it into a completely different brand, I wanted to push those same elements into darker territory with 𝔢𝔢𝔯𝔦𝔢 tones🕸️ , gothic details, and a more mysterious product presentation.
Even in costume, you should know exactly who you're looking at.
Which brand would you love to see get a Halloween makeover next? 👻
