GitHub has launched stacked pull requests in public preview
a major improvement for teams working on large and complex features.
Instead of submitting one massive pull request, developers can now split their work into a sequence of smaller, connected PRs. Each layer can be reviewed independently while remaining part of the same overall change.

StudioOS – Building an AI-First Operating System for Indie Studios

StudioOS is an AI-powered operating system for game studios and solo founders. Instead of juggling documents, tasks, roadmaps, and AI tools, everything lives in one workspace powered by intelligent agents.
For this prototype, I used Flowstep AI to rapidly design the user experience while keeping the product documentation and implementation synchronized through MCP.
What I Built:
- AI-first dashboard
- Multi-agent workspace
- Project & roadmap management
- Team collaboration flows
- Settings and onboarding experience
My Process:
Rather than prompting Flowstep screen by screen, I connected it to my project through MCP using OpenCode.
Flowstep read my centralized project documentation (AGENTS.md and supporting docs), while OpenCode handled implementation and project context. This let me iterate much faster because both tools shared the same source of truth.
My workflow looked like this:
- Define product requirements in documentation.
- Use OpenCode + MCP to maintain project context.
- Ask Flowstep to generate and iterate on UI flows.
- Refine screens based on usability and product goals.
- Export the design back into the development workflow.
One interesting part is that OpenCode isn't listed in the current Flowstep MCP documentation, but it works well as a coding companion for this workflow.
Building StudioOS with Flowstep felt less like drawing screens and more like collaborating with a design teammate. The combination of Flowstep for UX and OpenCode through MCP for project context made rapid iteration surprisingly smooth.
If you’re relying on one launch video and one post to cover the whole customer journey, you’re living in la la land.
Watch how the big B2B software companies launch a feature. The main video goes out first. Then come the supporting pieces: a 10-second GIF that makes the post copy tangible, a 30-second feature cut, or a five-minute walkthrough for the buyer who wants to see the product actually work.
The main video gives people the big picture. The supporting pieces keep the launch alive for weeks and reach buyers at different stages.
You probably won’t make all of them and should be adjusted on priority. The point is to give the marketing team a menu to prioritize instead of asking one post to do everything.
Framing it as a menu instead of a single hero post is the shift most teams need to hear. When you pitch this to a client who's only ever budgeted for the one launch video, is the four asset breakdown an easy sell or does it usually take convincing?
