Quote requests give the page a clear purpose. For freight enquiries, I’d test a short first step with route and shipment type before asking for the full details. Does this flow collect the quote requirements on-page or send visitors to a separate form?

Good question, right now it's a single on-page form, so route, shipment type, and contact details are all captured in one shot.
Your instinct is right though. For freight specifically, splitting it, route + shipment type first, full details after, would likely lower the drop-off...
