I chose option A because it's visual’s smoothness effortlessly grabs my attention.
I love the flow process of B more than A, the small fragments communicates the recovery process and aligns more with the Title, Great one
B looks better.
A looks much cleaner. The fluid light streak draws the eye straight across the text without feeling distracting.
Option A brings that punchy snappy energy, but B feels super smooth and refined! Timing tweaks make all the difference in motion feel dynamic work!
hard call, but something about A feels more immediate in its immersion. less likely to click away!
Both are excellent, hard to choose!

Whatever you use, the impact will remain same.
I’d go with A. The single light streak carries the eye through the headline, while the fragments make the first frame feel busier.

I think the answer you are looking is closer to option A because of timing, B is slower pace and takes some time to resolve.
