2025 was the year I jumped into the unknown.
My first year as a freelancer wasn’t just about shipping work.
It was about learning how to build from value, not hours.
I worked with 15+ clients and agencies, leading projects end-to-end.
I shifted from hourly work to value-based projects, building a brand rooted in trust.
Becoming a Webflow Certified Partner was part of that process
not as a badge, but as validation of a more structured and intentional way of working.
2025 was about laying the foundation.
2026 starts with more focus, more ambitious projects,
and a clear belief that value is the only currency that matters.

Damn, congrats man! Do you find the waitlist method to actually work? Feels like most projects need doing "asap", not wait a few week/months - but would love to hear your experience 👀
also so interested in this! I've had to use waitlists a lot in 2025 because I haven't had the capacity for instant starts, but I often find clients need things 'now'.
Totally fair point. In my experience, the waitlist isn’t about delaying projects, it’s about filtering and setting expectations.
Urgent projects still happen, but the waitlist helps me avoid reactive work and brings clients in with a clearer idea of what they actually want to build, which makes planning much better.
