THE AFTER: I rebuilt their entire digital presence on @Base44 โ€” a website ++ booking platform designed like real club software, not a template. Dark editorial UI, Big Shoulders + Geist Mono, one acid-yellow accent, and a live court timeline as the heart of the product: open it, and in 3 seconds you know what's free right now. Desktop is a full dashboard; iPhone is recomposed with bottom tabs and sheets โ€” not a shrunk desktop.
