── .✦ 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌 to Zaaer a multi-property management platform, and building its MVP took months of user research, wireframing, UI design, and prototyping.
I designed it in 2022.
Looking back, I keep wondering...𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝗜 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲?
I'd probably use 𝗔𝗜 to rapidly explore UI concepts, iterate from wireframes → high-fidelity, and use 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to create interactions that once took much longer. I'd expect to save a significant amount of time.
𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗫? That part wouldn't change.
I'd still spend days mapping user flows, validating ideas with stakeholders, and collaborating closely with engineers to make every interaction simple, accessible, and feasible to build.

Animated visuals makes the user stay, while static will not attract much
Juncture just went live 🎉
Full custom Framer build for an executive advisory firm — six pages, a custom interactive framework component, and an animated scoring system built as a native code component instead of a static graphic.

Most check-ins ask how people feel. STARTFIELD asks what the room has capacity for.
Two minutes before a workshop or team session, a facilitator often has to decide whether to begin as planned, slow down, add context, or reduce the scope.
STARTFIELD turns three anonymous, temporary responses into a tactile collective field:

No names. No personal profiles. No historical tracking. No automated recommendation.
The field makes the group’s current capacity visible, while the final decision remains human.
Built as Day 12 of my 30 Days of Real Business Problems challenge, using Figma Make, original 3D token assets, and Animos for the presentation film.

How should a facilitator read the room without turning a check-in into surveillance?
No names and no historical tracking is what makes this actually usable instead of another mood tracker nobody trusts. My guess on your own question: as long as the field only shows aggregate state and resets every session, it stays a tool instead of a record. Did anyone in testing push back on that assumption anyway?
