The Client 📝
Juncture is an executive operating model advisory firm founded by Andy Sandler, helping organizations break down the silos that get in the way of decision-making.
Project Overview 🔍
Angela runs Xplor Marketing and brought me on to build the site for Juncture, the executive operating model advisory firm founded by her husband, Andy Sandler. I owned the project end to end: wireframes, visual design, and the full Framer build.
Project Goal ✅
Juncture needed a site that felt as confident and structured as the advisory work itself — restrained, executive, and built around their "Where silos end." positioning — while giving Andy a platform to introduce his framework and credibility to prospective clients.
Responsibilities 📋
Wireframing & structure: Built out all six pages from Angela's brief, iterating through several rounds before locking a final structure
Visual system: Established an ivory-and-navy palette with an orange card-accent system, contained panels, and navy hero moments reserved for the Framework and About pages
Juncture Interactive Seven Pillars Wheel
Framer build: Full responsive development of all six pages, including a custom-built interactive framework wheel and drawer component
Juncture Animated Performance Bar
Custom code component: Built a PerformanceBar.jsx component with animated bars and a count-up score for the Assessment page, with full property controls
Juncture Homepage Sticky Scroll and Line Animation
Animation pass: Scroll-triggered stagger animations, a sticky-scroll section with watermark numerals, and an on-load animation for the framework wheel
Solving the Framework Page
The Framework page centered on Juncture's core methodology, and the brief called for a static grid of pillar cards. I proposed replacing it with an interactive 50/50 wheel-and-drawer component instead — letting visitors explore each part of the framework directly rather than scanning a list. I also rebuilt the Executive Assessment Snapshot natively in Framer rather than treating it as a static graphic, animating the score bars in on scroll with a count-up numeral. Both were deliberate departures from the original brief, and I flagged them to Angela before building — she approved all of it.
Results
Site launched on schedule, with Juncture live at gojuncture.com
Angela's feedback throughout was minimal and positive, with only small polish items (mobile spacing, LinkedIn links) needed before launch
Takeaway
Juncture is proof that a brief is a starting point, not a ceiling — the strongest parts of this site are the two places I pushed past what was asked for, and both landed because I brought the client into the decision instead of just shipping the change.
