Roast & Ritual | Static Meta Ad Concept
Got back into Figma after quite a while and decided to ease into it by designing a static Meta ad for a fictional premium coffee brand. The focus was on creating a clean layout with strong typography, visual hierarchy, and a warm, premium aesthetic.
It was a fun way to refresh my design skills while experimenting with composition, gradients, and brand-focused visuals. Looking forward to creating more and improving with every project.

The hero is the site's handshake, so it had to carry the whole idea in a few seconds.
Rather than a static image with a headline over it, the hero responds to cursor and scroll input with subtle parallax and depth. The freight reads as something in motion rather than a photograph of something that moved. Restraint mattered here: enough life to signal that this site behaves differently, not so much that it turns into a demo reel and gets in the way of the message.
The hero is the sites handshake—love that framing. Did you keep the full interactive 3D globe for mobile screens too or fall back to a lighter 2D version to save on performance?
Amazing work
They came in with a logo that was already live — just not landing. Too soft, too rounded, closer to "wellness product" than the bold, premium café they were building.
We refined the wordmark into something sharper, then built the system around it: brand guidelines, packaging, menu, social templates, merch — all timed to a soft launch in Davao City, Philippines.
The name "Borne" is a quiet nod to the founder's mom, who brought the family somewhere better. That story shaped every cut in the typography.
