What if the logo wasn't one pose, but six different emotional states of the same character?
That was the core decision on SERO.
A mental health brand. But not the usual: no soft gradients, no open windows, no people looking peacefully at the horizon.
The brief was emotional calibration.
Precise. Clinical. But warm.
So I built a character with mismatched eyes.
Left: a flat black void.
Right: a white oval with a heart as the pupil.
One part that closes. One part that stays open.
That's the whole brand in two eyes.
Six poses. No canonical lockup. All six are the logo.
Riso ink imperfection as intentional texture — not production error, brand specification.
Would you have locked one pose, or let all six live?

This is a masterclass in building Visual Trust through vulnerability.
Letting all six poses live was the right move. It shifts the Structure from a 'corporate mask' to honest emotional calibration. That Riso texture as a brand spec not an error gives it incredible Visual...

I’ve been exploring a concept for a grooming brand built around a very specific idea: one ritual, two zones — scalp and beard.
The direction leans into a more premium, editorial feel.
Muted tones, tactile materials, soft lighting… keeping it closer to something handmade than overproduced.
Most product pages sell features.
This one tries to sell a feeling.
Still a work in progress, but curious to see where it goes.
