The brief
Peak Motion is an athletic streetwear label built on a real idea — train in silence, progress without applause. The product backs it up: 220 GSM heavyweight fabric, an oversized fit that's market-right, a mountain mark that scales cleanly. What the brand didn't have was an honest picture of where the execution was matching that ambition and where it wasn't. This project delivered that picture, then turned it into a plan.
