Ai email triage node is the step where claude read each email and decide what to do with it , it is the brain of the workflow. Unified Email node is the meeting point where all the incoming messages join up before the main processing start. Every node is tested and working perfect it depends on the message that is coming in. All the slacks in the workflow is for alert when message send to it, it will alert the manager or HR depend on the message.

For a small e‑commerce client I built a monitoring automation that runs on n8n. Every five minutes a Schedule Trigger fires an HTTP Request to the storefront; an IF node evaluates the response and, on failure, pushes a Telegram message and logs the event in Google Sheets. The whole thing works unattended, giving the owner an early warning before customers notice downtime. It’s a lightweight, cost‑effective way to keep the shop visible.
