I finally stopped the endless back‑and‑forth between Gmail, my CRM and DocuSign. Using n8n I set up a webhook that grabs a new email, creates a deal, fires off a DocuSign request and logs everything in Google Sheets. A Telegram node then notifies the client when the work wraps up. The stack is simple – Gmail, n8n, DocuSign API, Google Sheets and a Telegram bot – but the result is a clean, hands‑off pipeline that saves me about three hours per client.

I finally stopped the endless Reddit scroll by wiring n8n to the Reddit API, feeding each post into Groq’s AI for purchase‑intent scoring, then de‑duplicating and logging the winners in Google Sheets. It feels oddly satisfying to watch the workflow run in parallel across three subreddit groups and know I’m not missing a single hot prospect. All of this runs on a modest n8n instance, no extra servers needed.

Got a Telegram ping when my stats shift
I was annoyed by the daily ritual of opening two dashboards just to see if my GitHub stars or LinkedIn impressions moved. So I stitched together an n8n workflow: GitHub API → LinkedIn API → Google Sheets for a quick snapshot, then a diff step. If the diff isn’t zero, a Telegram node fires a message. The whole thing runs on a schedule, no manual clicks. Result? A single Telegram ping tells me when something changes, saving me roughly five minutes a day and cutting out the mental friction of manual checks.
