An activity feed for tracking project and filing status across teams, built around a chronological timeline with contextual status markers (pending, needs review, mentioned, completed) so users can scan history at a glance without opening each entry. Items requiring action surface inline with their own card, breadcrumb path, and a direct CTA (Review, Reply, Mark as seen), cutting the need to hunt through a separate task list. Designed for clarity in a dense, multi-project fintech/document workflow.

Designed the core flow for FindIt, a mobile app that replaces informal campus lost-and-found systems (WhatsApp groups, security desk logbooks) with a structured reporting and matching flow.
The main design challenge: building trust in an automated match without it feeling like a black box, while preventing false ownership claims.
Key decisions:
Photo-first reporting, since visual matching outperforms text descriptions for lost items
Match confidence broken into transparent criteria (category, location, time) rather than a single opaque score
Ownership details gated until verification, with campus security tied in as the verifying authority
Minimal, quick-entry forms suited to reporting between classes
Scope: home/discovery, report item flow, match verification, security integration.
I made an app.
A slightly different project for me.
For years, I’ve tracked my daily habits using an orange Post-it note. Write down what I want to get done, tick it off, start again tomorrow.
I’d tried habit tracking apps, but always ended up back with the Post-it. I didn’t need dashboards, streaks, graphs or endless features. I just wanted something simple.
So I decided to build it myself.
Takto is my first iOS app — designed and built from scratch, taking it from an idea and some early Figma designs through to a real product on the App Store.
As a UX designer rather than a developer, a big part of the project was seeing how far I could push myself outside my usual role, using AI to help me actually build and ship the thing rather than stopping at a prototype.
The result is deliberately small. Add your habits. Do them. Tick them off. Your progress gradually fills the screen throughout the day.
No grand startup plan behind it. I wanted to make something I’d genuinely use, learn how to build a real product, and actually get it out into the world.
Quite nice seeing something that started as an orange Post-it sitting on my desk become an actual app.
