One System, Every Brand
A white-label loyalty and wallet app serving multiple retail brands from one system. I built the Figma architecture to flex across brand identities, colour themes, and light/dark modes — using a token structure that let each brand swap its visual language without duplicating components or breaking consistency.

Task application modal design for desktop web app
A task management view for onboarding a new business, organized by milestone rather than flat to-do lists. Collapsible sections group related tasks (Idea Discovery, Product Research, Startup Costs) with progress shown as a simple count and status pill, so users can gauge overall momentum without expanding every section. Urgent items are flagged inline rather than in a separate alerts panel, and the expanded "Develop your brand strategy" section shows individual task states with due dates, keeping day-to-day execution and high-level progress in the same view.

Activity log for a desktop web application
An activity feed for tracking project and filing status across teams, built around a chronological timeline with contextual status markers (pending, needs review, mentioned, completed) so users can scan history at a glance without opening each entry. Items requiring action surface inline with their own card, breadcrumb path, and a direct CTA (Review, Reply, Mark as seen), cutting the need to hunt through a separate task list. Designed for clarity in a dense, multi-project fintech/document workflow.

VAT compliance web application
A multi-entity VAT compliance platform for Abacus, letting companies manage tax filings across multiple owned entities and jurisdictions from one dashboard. An entity/jurisdiction switcher keeps each subsidiary's data isolated. The Transactions view surfaces invoice status — Filed, Warnings, Errors, Unused, with filters for partner, amount, and date to catch discrepancies early. A drag-and-drop CSV/XLS importer maps files to Abacus's template structure, with a sample file to guide formatting, turning fragmented per-jurisdiction filing into one editable, submittable workflow.
