One of my favorite parts of this project? Creating the mascots 🥹
Honestly, they’re way too cute.
Meet one of the little characters we created for a mental health app.
I mean… tell me this isn’t adorable? 💔

So excited to see Creative Intelligence 2026 by @Contra Labs out in the world!
At @Heed Collective , we had the pleasure of designing both the website and the report. We’re incredibly grateful for this collaboration!
Our creative exploration started with a question:
What does Creative Intelligence mean today?
We believe it lives at the intersection of creativity and analysis, imagination and insight.
We translated this into a visual story that begins in space — vast, dreamy, full of possibility — and gradually moves closer to Earth, grounding imagination in something tangible and human.
Huge congrats to the whole team, @Erin Horner, @Ben Huffman, @Mark Vassilevskiy, @Alex Karpodinis, @Stacy · Heed Collective, @Heed Collective , and the entire @Contra Labs team 👏
Incredible work, congrats!
For brand identity, I like to show mockups to test of the identity system: the logo, pattern, and color palette all needed to work at a much larger scale without feeling overdesigned.
That’s where a flexible brand system really starts to prove itself.
Powerful greenish look 👌
One of my first identity projects from 2021. 🥹
SVNT was a skincare brand built around inclusivity, accessibility, and shaping the future of beauty. My goal was to reflect that through a futuristic but clean visual identity, keeping the system modern and simple while giving the brand room to celebrate individuality.
Looking back at this project four years later, it’s interesting to see what decisions still feel relevant to me today.
Do you ever revisit your early work and realize your design instincts were already there?
Curious - how did you approach making futuristic not feel cold, to keep the inclusivity/accessibility warm? The balance here is really nice.
