The SoHo Skyline Cyc is an independent fashion cyclorama and rooftop studio in NYC. Creative directors and producers usually take days of email tag to book because they need to verify lighting conditions, audio isolation, freight access, and equipment.
We solved this with an interactive visual booking engine:
Interactive Pre-Visualizer: Clients can preview the indoor cyclorama versus the Manhattan skyline rooftop under daylight and sunset before booking.
Visual Production Setup: Instead of a generic contact form, clients pick their stage, sound protocol, crew count, and lighting color temperature visually.
Live Production Manifest: Every selection updates an itemized invoice and retainer deposit in real time so there are no billing surprises.
Instant Access Dispatch: Reserving immediately provides the client with the front door PIN, freight elevator code, and stage prep sheet.
Result: An inquiry turns into a confirmed, fully coordinated booking in under 60 seconds with zero owner involvement.
Thanks :)
And before I bring it to the live version, I need an honest opinion from someone who hasn't been staring at these screens for hours:
Does it feel better?
