For years, I have lived with severe, chronic insomnia. Anyone who regularly spends the dead hours between 3:00 and 4:00 AM awake knows that eerie, suffocating silence in an apartment, where the rest of the world has vanished and your own senses become hyper-sensitive. When you cannot sleep, you become acutely aware of every floorboard creak, every breath, and the loud, rhythmic thudding of your own pulse in your chest.
I always wanted to channel that quiet nocturnal dread into a cinematic story: what if that dead silence at 3:00 AM was not peaceful, but dangerous? What if something was listening for the only sound left in the world, and your own racing heartbeat was the very thing that could get you killed?
Cantina finally gave me the creative engine to bring this personal isolation to life with authentic atmospheric lighting, acoustic suspense, and real-time pacing.
In The Maintenance Window, we follow Eli Vance, trapped in Apartment 4B. At precisely 03:14 AM, the universe drops into a total vacuum freeze, and eight billion sleeping people flatline. But Eli is awake. Outside in the dark streets, faceless entities known as The Custodians roam the city. They do not have eyes. They hunt human heartbeats.
In this pilot episode, Eli battles his own rising terror as his digital monitor shows his pulse climbing from 88 to 98 beats per minute. In dead silence, fear only makes your heart pound louder. When a heavy shadow slides under his bedroom door and a concussive shockwave rattles his door frame, Eli has only one goal left: survive the remaining 46 minutes until reality reboots at 04:00 AM.

I built MedGate for the #FlowstepChallenge - a travel medicine clearance assistant for people flying internationally with medicines or supplements.
The idea came from a real travel anxiety: “Can I actually carry this medicine through customs?” MedGate lets travelers scan a medicine label, add their route and layovers, and instantly see destination-specific risk, required proof, missing documents, dose timing shifts, and safer substitute options to discuss with a doctor.
It also creates a border-ready Medicine Passport with prescriptions, proof status, and an officer-facing summary travelers can show at customs.
Built as a clickable multi-screen prototype in @flowstep_ai, with Flowstep MCP + Codex helping plan the product flow, refine the screens, and iterate the prototype.

This premium cafe didn't even have a website. But after sitting down with the founders, I realised a simple landing page wouldn't cut it. They were running multiple locations entirely in the dark... bleeding time and revenue to manual spreadsheets and chaotic WhatsApp groups.
Using Base44, I built exactly what they asked for: a fully autonomous Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that handles everything from customer interactions to executive analytics.

1. Customer-Facing Web App: A dark, glassmorphic UI matching their high-end artisanal brand.
2. AI Coffee Sommelier: A customer-facing LLM that curates personalized bean and drink recommendations based on taste profiles.

1. Custom Barista POS Terminal: A sleek, fully functional point-of-sale interface.
2. Live Recipe Engine: Automatically calculates exact ingredient milligrams per drink and helps with new employees onboarding.
3. Autonomous Supply Chain: Live-deducts POS orders directly from the Supabase inventory.
4. Zero-Click Procurement: Autonomously emails the owner when any stock drops below 20%.

1. AI Maintenance Troubleshooter: An internal LLM that walks baristas through fixing broken hardware on the spot.
2. Real-Time Escalation Sync: Unresolved machine issues are instantly pushed to the Owner’s Dashboard.
"Give us actionable business insights"
1. Owner Command Center: A live executive dashboard with robust data visualization, revenue graphs, and order tracking.
2. Executive AI Auto-Manager: An LLM that constantly cross-references live sales data with maintenance logs to uncover hidden operational insights (e.g., correlating a revenue drop to a specific grinder failure).
The Result: Coffee Jar went from zero digital footprint to operating with the sophistication of a global franchise.
