Content strategy and UX writing for a 0-to-1 smart water collection device. I built the full content foundation for both the marketing website and companion app from scratch. The core challenge was introducing a completely unfamiliar product category and making the technology feel simple, credible, and worth adopting.

I’m leaning toward B for this specific flow. Grid layouts reduce the cognitive load by showing the full scope of options at once, whereas the list in A adds an extra click/scroll layer that can slow down the user—even if it looks better. I've found that B works better for CRO.
