Option 1 works well for me
The two-step version usually wins for retention once people have a real taste profile, but option 1 is so much less friction for someone who just wants to browse tonight. What's the app mostly built for, quick browsing or long-term personalization?
yes, that's why I chose option 1 - less friction to log into the app, and the user can set their preferences in any time. Plus, it fits more filters -> better personalization.

I’d go with Immersive. It feels more engaging and premium, and the deeper color treatment makes the experience feel more like a real destination rather than just a booking page. 👌🔥
