Not only "One" looks better (although both are great) but I also know color red is popular in Asian designs (they use for many CTAs) so that makes it a better fit! 👍
I voted for No two and the reason is I really liked how you have highlighted the words like Japanese, premium and I think this thing will get more conversions, one thing can be done is that you can add a Japanese pattern at the background and change it blend mode, trust me it will look very nice.
