Just shipped something I have been working on recently š
Meet Product Billboards.
It is a paid discovery platform where makers can put their products in front of people who are actively looking to discover something new.
The idea was pretty simple. Instead of relying on voting or popularity contests, I wanted discovery to be driven by genuine interaction. Visitors can explore products, ask questions, engage with makers, and discover what is actually interesting to them.
I worked on bringing the whole experience together from the product flow and marketplace experience to the interactions between makers and visitors.
It is always a great feeling to see an idea go from a concept to something people can actually use.

Which flow seems more natural to you?
In the first option, the user opens the app and is offered a general selection of films. If the user wants to get unique recommendations, they can do so separately.
In the second option, the app first asks about current preferences and then offers personalized recommendations.
