@Contra HQ suggestion for future challenges: make it clear, maybe on the guidelines page, if we need a paid account in whatever tool to enter the challenge - even if the brand is giving out free credits.
this would've saved me about 3h today brainstorming and storyboarding a cool project that I wasn't able to bring to life and into this challenge 😐 especially one I was so excited about (I was literally bringing my weird dream from the other day to life)
PS: of course I would've paid for credits since it was my fault I didn't sign up for the free ones on time, and I would've likely upgraded my CapCut to Pro if given the heads up, but not like this...
PPS: contra I still love you and your challenges ♥️ but thought I'd share this feedback in case it helps anyone else in the future too

I still haven’t received my credits, even though it has been three days.
I want to clarify that I use two different email addresses: one for my Contra account and another for my CapCut account. I also tried signing up with the same email, but I wasn’t able to sign in, so I ended up using a different email for CapCut.
I’ve already filled out the credit form around three times, but I still haven’t received anything. Could you please check whether the email difference is causing an issue with my credits or if there’s anything else I need to do?
I’d really appreciate your help since the challenge only has 2 days left and I still can’t participate.

I am taking part in the CapCut Seedance 2.5 challenge and very excited about shooting my one-take shot. 📽️
Initially, I applied for 5,000 free Seedance credits on August 13. They state that credits are usually issued within 1-2 business days, but so far they have not been credited to my account. Since the deadline is near - August 19th - I decided to reapply today, but still want to ask for help.
Please, can you check this out for me so I can generate seeds before the deadline? If needed, I can provide my account data.

Hello Rittik, I think most people are submitting the wrong ID. They’re asking for the UID, not the CapCut ID shown in the app. The UID is much longer than the regular CapCut ID.
