Falling for my own design. Red flag or perfect match?
A closer look at the Amorado mark, combining a heart, a tornado and an arrow in one simple symbol.
A fictional identity concept made just for fun
Heart plus tornado plus arrow in one mark is ambitious, but the Amorado symbol makes it feel inevitable rather than crowded. Falling for your own design is not a red flag, it just means the concept actually holds up. Lovely little system.

A strong logo should still be recognizable when:

A self-initiated logo project based on a fictional design brief for Giant.
The brief was for a pre-construction apartment brand offering solar-powered homes, targeting millennials. The identity needed to feel delightful and affordable, with a purple pictorial mark that could also work on vehicles.
For my concept, I wanted to move away from the usual house or building symbols. I explored an animal-inspired mark combined with a hook shape to create something bold, playful, and easy to recognize.
I kept the shapes simple and strong so the mark could work well even when printed on the side of a vehicle.
This was a self-initiated practice project where I explored how to turn a given brief into a visual identity concept.

The project explored distinct visual directions for each brand while keeping the overall campaign system cohesive — from social media creatives to the Dance Like Congo event identity.

Four owned brands under one campaign system is the hardest version of that brief — the parent wants family resemblance and every brand manager wants separation, and those two pull in opposite directions. Looking at these, what did you hold constant across all four: the grid, the type, or just the energy?
