I’m selecting one business for a free website design and development project.

I’ll handle the planning, design, responsive build, contact or lead form, basic SEO structure, and launch setup. If the project needs a simple backend workflow, I can also connect the form, notifications, lead tracking, and basic follow-up automation so the website works as a complete system.

There is no charge for my design or development time.

The selected business will only be responsible for paying its own third-party costs directly, including:

• Domain registration • Website hosting or platform subscription • Premium plugins, apps, or templates if required • Email, SMS, CRM, or automation usage fees • Payment processor or other external service fees

All accounts will be created under the business owner’s name, so you retain full ownership and access. I will not collect or add a markup to these external costs.

The free project includes:

• Up to 5 agreed website pages • Page structure based on your business and services • Custom desktop and mobile design • Contact or lead-generation form • Navigation and footer setup • Basic on-page SEO structure • Basic form notifications or lead automation • One consolidated revision round • Domain connection and launch support • Estimated delivery within 5days - weeks   after receiving all content

This offer does not include custom applications, advanced e-commerce systems, unlimited revisions, paid advertising, ongoing maintenance, or third-party subscription fees.

In return, I’ll need permission to feature the completed project in my portfolio and request an honest testimonial after the website is completed. The testimonial should reflect your real experience with the process and final result. A positive review is not required.
