Hero 2 for me. The night view feels much more premium.

something about hero 2's color feels just a bit too prompted for my eye to fully trust, hero 1 makes me feel a sort of adrenaline you get from a high height!
Hero 1 looks nice

A seems fair but you can make it more better by just scaling the background picture a bit and I have seen your designs you can definitely find a way to make it more appealing.
