Pulsix started with a question: how much of a sportswear identity can you fit on the front of a cap?
I designed the brand around an angular X with a pulse cut through its center. On a pink cap, the chartreuse X can stand alone. On a billboard, the photograph and “Future is now!” headline take the lead. In this loop, the black Pulsix logo anchors a moving grid of apparel, campaign graphics and digital layouts.
My roles: Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, Motion Designer. Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Figma.
Where would you try the X first: on the cap or in motion?

Love how you've turned such a bold color palette and a simple X symbol into a complete visual identity. Every application feels different, yet everything connects so naturally. That level of creativity and consistency is seriously impressive. Brilliant work, Ashar!

Thank you, ibad, that means a lot. Keeping the X simple was deliberate so it could stay recognisable whether it sits on a cap, a pack or in motion, and the palette had to carry that energy without breaking the system. Which application felt most natural to you?

This is the kind of branding that makes you stop scrolling. The way everything comes together across the mockups is so well executed. The cap design especially is such a standout. Great work!

Thank you, Hemad, I appreciate that. The cap was the anchor for the whole system, so the mockups had to prove the mark could hold up at a small size and still feel bold. Glad that one stood out for you.

Really impressive work! The entire brand identity feels fresh, energetic, and thoughtfully executed. I especially love how consistently the visual style carries across all the applications. Everything feels connected, and the presentation is beautifully put together. Excellent job!

Thank you, Muhammad, that consistency was the real test of the system. Once the colours and the X had a clear hierarchy, the same language could stretch across apparel, packaging and motion without losing its energy. Which application carried it best for you?

The color combination is absolutely striking! I love how you've balanced the bold typography with such vibrant colors without making the designs feel overwhelming. The visual hierarchy is excellent, and every element seems to have its purpose. Such a strong creative direction!

Thank you, Pixel Studio, that balance was the hardest part to get right. The type had to stay loud enough to feel sporty while the colour stayed disciplined enough to let the hierarchy do its work. Really glad it reads as intentional rather than overwhelming.

That color combination is wild in the best way possible! 🔥 Really cool to see a brand that isn't afraid to be loud and playful. The whole presentation has so much energy. Love it!
Ashar's avatar
Thank you, Steve, that is exactly the reaction I hoped for. A sportswear brand should not whisper, so the colour was pushed until it felt loud and playful without tipping into noise. Glad the energy came through so clearly.

What a fantastic presentation! The way you've showcased this identity across apparel, packaging, outdoor advertising, and digital platforms is genuinely impressive. The mockups make the brand feel like something you'd actually see out in the market. Beautiful execution and great attention to detail!

Thank you, Creative Technology, that market ready feeling was the goal. A brand only becomes believable when the same identity holds up on a shirt, a pack, a billboard and a screen, so I tested it in all four before calling it finished. Which of those touchpoints felt most real to you?

Amazing.....
Ashar's avatar
Thank you, Saif, I really appreciate that. Pulsix was fun to build because the mark had to feel like motion in a single letter, and I love working on identities with that kind of energy. Which part caught your eye first, the mark or the motion?
Good's avatar
Love the direction you've taken with Pulsix! The logo is simple but memorable, and the overall identity has so much personality. What stands out to me most is how well the design communicates movement and energy. It's bold, recognizable, and perfectly suited to a sportswear brand. Outstanding work!

Thank you, Good Farm, you picked up on the core idea. A sportswear mark has to read in a split second, so simplicity was not a shortcut, it was the way to make the movement and energy unmistakable. Glad it feels suited to the brand.

Nice
Ashar's avatar
Thank you, Alex, I appreciate the kind word. Short and sweet is a good sign for this one, since the whole identity was meant to land in one quick glance. Did the motion or the cap version land first for you?
Joyjit's avatar
Smart concept, great motion.
Ashar's avatar
Thank you, Joyjit, I appreciate that. The concept had to be smart in still form first, then the motion gave the X its pulse, so the brand could feel alive rather than just look athletic. Glad both parts came through.
Shakil's avatar
Nice work.
Ashar's avatar
Thank you, Shakil, I appreciate that. The cap was the first test for the whole identity, so if the X and the pink read clearly there, the rest of the system follows. Which part stood out most for you, the cap or the motion?
