IDEA are a London-based independent publisher, renowned bookshop, and fashion-adjacent brand, with a cult following (and some very good caps).
I worked with them to migrate from their 123 Reg store to a new custom Shopify build.
With 10,000 products, 350 Superbook articles, and a complex catalogue structure, this was a full-scale migration with a strong focus on preserving content and performance.

About the Project
Highrock Streetwear Brand already had a Shopify store, but the website was limiting the brand’s growth:
Oversized, poorly optimized images slowing down performance
A design that didn’t reflect the brand’s premium streetwear identity
Lack of mobile optimization, leading to low conversions
Broken links and an inconsistent color scheme
The brand owner was frustrated after working with a previous Shopify developer who failed to deliver a functional and visually appealing store. They reached out to me for a complete redesign that aligned with their vision and improved the overall shopping experience.
What I Did
✅ Designed a clean, minimalist Shopify store that reflects the brand’s premium streetwear aesthetic
✅ Built a mobile-first experience with optimized visuals, improved copy, and better product presentation
✅ Fixed all broken links and simplified site navigation
✅ Enhanced product pages with:
High-quality media
“How to Style” guides
Size guide pop-ups for easy reference
✅ Embedded a return form directly on the Returns Policy page (as requested by the client) to streamline customer support
✅ Implemented basic SEO optimizations, including:
Meta titles and tags
Google Search Console verification
Proper site indexing for improved visibility
I built a reusable booking website template in Anything — designed for service businesses, studios, consultants, rentals, events, and local experiences.
The goal was simple: make something polished enough to publish immediately, but flexible enough for anyone to remix.
