Notification Hyakki Yagyo | When Smartphone Notifications Become Yokai — AI Short Film
Late at night, a single notification appears on a smartphone.
Unread messages. Deadlines. Likes. Updates. Alarms.
One by one, the notifications transform into tiny yokai and begin marching through the room.
Before long, an ordinary apartment becomes the stage for a modern-day Hyakki Yagyo — a night parade of digital spirits.
“Notification Hyakki Yagyo” is an AI short film that reimagines the notifications surrounding our everyday lives as yokai born in the Reiwa era.

Two short motion ads for Instaheadshots, an app that turns ordinary selfies into studio-quality professional headshots with AI.
🎬 Ad 1: "Slide to Unlock" (10s)
A product-flow spot. It opens on a glowing slide-to-unlock button, then shows the app's processing and generating screens as a casual selfie becomes a polished headshot. It ends on the brand and a "Try Instaheadshots" CTA.
🎬 Ad 2: "Everyone's Upgrading" (20s)
A social-proof spot. Notification cards stack up as Sarah, Daniel and Priya each post a new profile photo within one week. The punchline is "everyone is using the exact same Instaheadshots to upgrade," which works on FOMO and ends on a clear CTA.

Option 2..Depicts what the app does instantly.
Good vibes only.
What’s driving your creative energy today?
Generated with H3.
That mint-and-pink street scene is pure good vibes, love the sneaker detail catching the light. What drives my energy lately is seeing a rough idea actually ship instead of sitting in drafts. Momentum is its own fuel.
Can AI make your own footage look smoother in slow motion?
I tested Runway’s new Enhance Frame Rate feature on three different types of motion: walking, a skateboard trick, and a passing tram.
Left: manually slowed down
Right: enhanced to 120fps, then slowed down
After putting them side by side, the difference is subtle but the slow motion does look smoother, especially with faster movements.
I did notice some distortion in the last scene, though, so it’s not perfect yet.
Still, it’s a useful tool when you want to slow down footage and emphasize the movement.
Can you tell the difference?
High slow motion is better in high frames nice animation I like how clothes are flying by the air ❤️❤️
