ModelCars.com is a long-standing Shopify store with a large catalog of over 4,000 SKUs in the scale model and diecast niche. Despite strong traffic and an established customer base, users were struggling to navigate the store and complete purchases. A full CRO audit was conducted covering behavioral analysis, competitor benchmarking, mobile usability, and site speed to identify friction points and create a prioritized conversion-focused improvement roadmap.

What actually moved the needle wasn't chasing the score — it was going back through old proposals and noticing I was writing to sound impressive instead of answering the actual technical problem in the brief. Once I started solving the thing nobody explicitly asked but clearly needed, everything got sharper. The ranking followed, not the other way around.
