Unclear priorities are.
In SaaS platforms, enterprise software, dashboards, and AI-powered products, users often deal with complex workflows, large amounts of data, and multiple actions at the same time.
The role of good UX design is not to remove that complexity blindly.
It is to organize it.
Clear information hierarchy. Focused user flows. Better navigation. Stronger visual hierarchy. Clear primary actions. Scalable design systems.
When users instantly understand what matters, what changed, and what they should do next, even a complex product starts to feel easier to use.
