Hello there!
This is my contest submission, a small mini game called āHeartBreaker.ā
Break as many hearts as you can before the one minute timer runs out. Click anything that isnāt a heart and you lose a life. Lose three lives and itās game over.
At the end, youāll see a recap of how many hearts you broke, plus a sentence that changes based on your score.
All visuals were made in Illustrator and finished in Rive. I used Riveās AI agent to help build a modular particle system that adapts to different artboard sizes and ramps up in speed and chaos as time runs out.
Itās a simple game, but a lot of fun to make. Hope you enjoy it now go break some hearts!

I think using the Rive AI agent for the particle system was a smart move here. š§ Making particles adapt to different artboard sizes is usually a headache, so automating that logic is clever. Good luck with the contest!

You should take from Wii Play targets game. If you shoot the same type, you get bonus points but if you shoot a different type, it ends the streak. They also have high value gold one fly through from time to time.

Been a gamer since the age of 5 but haven't seen anything like this before. This is a great concept for an indie game; It's somewhat funny and can be a great time killer. Best of luck for your idea.
