aster* - i feel what the earth feels

"care about our planet" is a climate campaign built around one character. aster* is the spirit of the earth given a small body - moss for skin, antlers, a star burning at its chest. It doesn't speak in numbers and it doesn't warn you. It only wears whatever we do to the world, staged across four rooms : VERDANT → WITHERING → FADING → DELUGE as one body slowly coming apart: alive, then burning, then greyed and bare, then drowned with its star gone out.

This character started somewhere small and real: the morning a whole row of trees on my street was cut down for no reason, and I felt that loss as my own. aster* is that grief, turned into something a stranger can stand in front o:f — and every room hands it back to you.

Meet Flurry This is my submission for the Recraft Challenge, Flurry is a mobile app mascot that lets you monitor your mental state of mind and gives you advices on how to maintain a good well-being, you can also play with Flurry, if you are feeling bored and even also talk with Flurry. This project is close to me because I also used to battle with some mental health stress and it really took a toll on me but I am super glad to build something that solves that problem with @Recraft The character was built using descriptive prompts and I also built out some social media images and video ads to demonstrate mascot consistency across all assets. Say hello to Glim! He’s a magical little guardian who specializes in gathering joyful dreams from children, turning those happy moments into sweet, magical gummies as a morning treat. Every night, as kids fall asleep, Glim awakens and flies quietly from house to house, visiting their bedrooms. Glim is a dream collector, whenever he swallows a beautiful, happy dream, his translucent jelly body glows with a vibrant, healthy warmth that keeps him strong and energized. But if he accidentally bumps into a nightmare, it zaps his magic! He turns a murky purple, and his signature ring starts to droop and melt, looking just like a gummy that’s been left out in the sun. For every beautiful dream he collects, he leaves a pouch of colorful Glim Gummies under the pillow as a sweet thank-you.

With an adorable egg-shaped body, a soft plush texture, tiny rounded horns, expressive eyes, floating jelly bubbles, and a signature glossy gummy collar, Glim is as endearing as the dreams he collects. He is a humble collector of light, ensuring that for the dreamers he visits, the night remains safe, bright, and endlessly sweet. Concept: "The Glim Glow-Up"
