1. No clear above-the-fold hook Visitors decide in 3 seconds. If your hero section doesn't say what you sell + why it matters, they're gone.
2. Product pages with no trust signals Reviews, badges, guarantees — these aren't optional. They're what turn browsers into buyers.
3. Checkout friction Too many steps, no express checkout, no mobile optimization. You're basically asking people to leave.

Solid list. I would add page builder bloat as a fourth. Stores stacked with app sections ship a lot of unused JS, and late-loading review widgets cause CLS right where trust matters most. Lazy-loading reviews below the fold usually fixes it. What do you audit first on a slow store, apps or theme?
