I’m biased for being Brazilian but i'm calling it: Amazonia might be the best branding we'll see this year —beautiful, pure art and full of essence ✨

Fun facts you may have missed — adding in the thread 🧵👇
1) this typeface was made by humans but shaped by rivers: each letter was discovered in real satellite views of the amazon rivers as it winds through 9 Brazilian states. Just incredible!
2) They worked with local illustrator artists from the 9 different amazon states, respecting the cultural diversity of the region. It is a massive area that is larger than India 🤯
3) Igaratype, the iconic typeface that was written by the amazon river, and brought to us by Future Brand's incredible work

A furniture startup, Korven, recently hired us to build their visual world. Their mission? High-end, sculptural wooden furniture (starting with these Noguchi-esque coffee tables) at an attainable price point ($180–$200 USD). They’re launching with coffee tables but have a roadmap to expand into side tables and full architectural wood elements.
The Dilemma:
We’re split on the visual strategy. Bold, geometric and authoritative vs rounded, modern and tactile.
The Question:
When a product looks like a $2,000 sculpture but costs $200, which identity builds more trust?
