Founder-led content isn’t disappearing. It’s dissolving.
AI made posting effortless. Now everyone “has good content.” It all looks competent.
But I can feel it was prompted.
There’s no friction in it. No lived angle, no scar tissue.
Founders think the leverage is in the prompt.
It’s not.
The leverage is in the original insight.
I did the same thing. I started collecting prompts like stamps. Thought if I had the right template, I’d win.
What happened? The posts were fine and completely forgettable.
When everything can be said freely, what’s said loses its meaning.
That’s the point.
During the day, catch 1 real insight. On a run, in the shower. Write down the thought.
Then later, I use AI to work with it.
If you open ChatGPT before you've thought it through, you’re already behind.
Frameworks are tools. Not brains.
Right. AI can help you if you are below the average, but if you're capable of something better, you're sabotaging yourself.
That said, I personally use it to refine a text once I wrote down the main ideas. Just to fix any grammar errors and make sure the message is clear.

AI elevates what you gives him. If you give him a bad, vague prompt and questions, the answer will be bad. He cannot see into your head and thoughts.
Also if you dont ask him to dont please you and do not sugarcoat... well, he will always tell you you are right. And just nod...

Most AI design tools get tested on what they can generate. I tested Claude Design on whether it could work inside a system that already existed.
What I loved about it is that it reasons before it builds. It had a point of view. It flagged its own mistakes before I caught them.
What slipped a bit for me: give it nuanced information and it'll smooth it over to sound cohesive. It can lose accuracy chasing consistency.
It's more of a thinking collaborator than a generator - but the judgment calls are still yours.

Redesign is one of my favorite services, and not because of the visuals.
Most of the time, the real problem is the messaging—content written for the wrong audience, or for no one in particular. Sometimes the user doesn't even realize the information is meant for them.
That's exactly what I found with Collekt.ai.
The project wasn't just a visual refresh; it was a repositioning. I moved them from a lightweight SaaS tool to an enterprise AI infrastructure: a completely different weight, a different tone, a different promise.
The challenge: two audiences, one design.
Banks needed trust, compliance signals, and operational clarity.
Investors needed scalability, technical depth, and defensibility.
Both had to feel spoken to directly without the design feeling split or unfocused.
The hardest part, for me, was the hero section.
The hero is where you get one shot to make someone understand what a product actually is. I don't just want it to look good. I want it to mean something.
The client came in with a rough idea. (first image) I took it and turned it into a visual concept that communicated the message clearly and sold the vision back to them before a single word was read.
