I built an automated lead capture and CRM integration system that turns incoming form submissions into organized, sales-ready opportunities without manual work.
The Problem: Leads from web forms were handled manually, causing slow response times, missed follow-ups, and inconsistent sales routing.
The Solution: The workflow captures leads from Google Forms and Typeform, instantly syncs them with HubSpot or Salesforce, triggers automated follow-ups, and routes each lead to the right sales rep.
The Result: Response time dropped to near zero, follow-ups became consistent, and sales teams received clean, organized leads automatically, making the entire lead management process faster and more efficient.

My core stack is less "generate pretty pictures" and more "build the pipeline that does the thinking":
n8n — the glue. Great for orchestrating multi-step agent workflows and connecting APIs without writing a service from scratch. Weakness: gets messy fast on complex branching logic, and debugging a broken node chain eats time.
RAG (usually with a vector DB + LangChain-style retrieval) — lets me ground LLM output in actual client data instead of hallucinated generalities. Strength: dramatically improves accuracy for domain-specific asks. Weakness: chunking/retrieval quality is finicky, and a bad embedding setup silently tanks results without throwing an error.
Claude/GPT for reasoning + code — my default for anything needing judgment: analysis writeups, SQL/Python generation, proposal drafting. Strength: fast iteration. Weakness: still needs a human check on numbers — confident-sounding ≠ correct.
Power BI / Tableau — where the AI output actually becomes something a client trusts. AI can shortcut the analysis, but the dashboard is what gets signed off on.
The honest lesson: the "AI" part is maybe 30% of the workflow. The rest is validation, data plumbing, and making the output legible to a non-technical stakeholder.
Silent failures are what I watch closest. I treat an answer as untrusted unless I can show exactly which source text the model read, because fluent output can hide a bad match.
Automating Orders with Telegram Bot
I recently built a workflow that automates order processing using a Telegram bot and Google Sheets. The tech stack includes n8n, Telegram, and Google Sheets. It's been a game saver, especially when dealing with a high volume of orders. I can now focus on more important tasks, like growing my business.

I built a lead management system that helps real estate businesses identify their most valuable prospects, prioritize follow-ups, and respond to enquiries faster.
Each enquiry is evaluated based on the customer's budget, buying timeline, payment method, and first-time buyer status. The system then assigns a lead score and categorizes the prospect as Hot, Warm, or Cold.
Depending on the result, the lead is automatically added to the CRM, the appropriate team or customer receives an email, and high-priority leads are flagged for immediate attention.
This helps reduce manual work, improve response time, and allow sales teams to spend more time on the leads that are most likely to convert.
