Shopify Storefront: Amanda Nails & Beauty | Luxury Beauty, Shop & Academy
I developed and engineered the custom Shopify platform for Amanda Nails & Beauty, a premier luxury cosmetics institute, product marketplace, and training academy based in Zurich, Switzerland. The primary challenge was uniting a multi-tiered business ecosystem—spanning real-time studio service bookings, extensive B2C/B2B e-commerce product lines, and professional academy registrations—into a single, high-performance, and cohesive digital flagship.
By adhering to a strict requirement-driven architectural approach, I avoided standard template limitations to create a pixel-perfect storefront optimized for high-end Swiss consumer expectations.

Not every website needs a complete redesign.
Sometimes the foundation is already there – it just needs a fresh perspective. An audit can uncover what's creating friction, where visitors get lost, and what small changes can make the biggest impact.
For this Kajabi project, we started with a full website audit, mapped out our recommendations, redesigned the updates in Figma, and then implemented everything on the live site. No full rebuild, just thoughtful improvements that made the website cleaner, easier to navigate, and more intuitive for new visitors.
The best part? The entire transformation was completed in just two weeks.

Fantastic work
A self-initiated exploration of how AI-driven visuals can expand the range of beauty assets available to a brand, starting from clean studio-style references and pushing them into more editorial, surreal territory while keeping product and character consistency across the full set.
Workflow:
Base images built in Flora using a node-based setup. One node for the master composition, additional nodes for scale variants, detailcrops, and the studio-reference version. Character, makeup and lighting kept consistent across the set through the same reference chain. Final color, retouch and finishing in the Adobe suite.

Custom stores. Theme editing. Liquid. Everything.
And honestly? It was hard.
But today I launched my first custom Shopify build.

Here's what I realized:
Framer is great for marketing sites.
But Shopify?
Shopify is for founders who actually want to make money.
Product pages that convert.
Checkout flows that don't scare people away.
Designs that make visitors buy instead of just browse.
That's powerful.
So now I do both:
Framer for startups and Shopify for ecommerce.
