A lot of teams default to Canva for LinkedIn posts. It’s easy. But easy isn’t always scalable. I build systems in Figma for individuals and companies that want: • consistent branding • reusable layouts • structured components • faster production • no weekly redesign I recently delivered one for an AI consultant. Now she simply: duplicates a template swaps text and/or images exports That’s it. No redesigning. No layout decisions. No inconsistency.

Easy isn't always scalable. That is very true. One goat for you🐐

This is the real value of systems thinking, Bram. You're not just designing templates, you're removing friction from the production process. That consultant going from zero redesigns to just duplicate-swap-export is exactly the outcome good design systems should enable. That's scalable.

Most people optimize for easy. Few optimize for repeatable.

This is the difference between designing posts and building a system. Canva is quick, but Figma done right creates repeatability and brand discipline. Removing layout decisions saves time and protects consistency. Smart move for anyone thinking long term.

This is brilliant, Bram! The shift from Canva to Figma for scalable LinkedIn content is a game-changer. Building reusable component systems saves so much time in the long run. How do you typically structure the design tokens and variants for different content types? Also curious...

I use figma too but tbh I think people don't care what tool you used so long you are making Value packed contents.
