The Library Dragon
One of my favorite parts of being a children's book illustrator is bringing meaningful stories to life through memorable characters and immersive worlds.
For this concept, I created The Library Dragon, a heartwarming picture book about a young dragon who discovers that books can be even more valuable than treasure. Through magical stories, friendship, and curiosity, he learns that reading opens doors to endless adventures.
My goal was to create an illustration that would instantly spark a child's imagination while encouraging a lifelong love of reading. The scene combines warm library lighting, magical storybook elements, expressive characters, and rich environmental details to create a cozy world where learning feels like an adventure.

Envato AI gave me a house. It took human instinct to turn it into a home.
For the #envatochallenge, I wanted to put the "Human by Design" philosophy to the test by creating a complete premium brand identity for House of Racky.
My goal was to use Envato’s creative toolkit to push past the cold, mathematically sterile outputs of AI and inject real emotional luxury into the visual assets.
The Process:
The Spark: I used AI generation to start exploring shapes, but the initial outputs felt emotionally empty and lacked structural balance.
The Human Touch (My 'Human by Design' Moment): I stripped out the generic, messy layouts and manually rebuilt the logo's geometric structure in my design suite. I chose a sophisticated, sharp custom typography layout to bridge the gap between high-end architecture and human warmth.
The Final Polish: Using Envato Elements, I sourced cinematic stock footage, deep Foley sound design effects, and professional mockups to build a fully realized brand ecosystem that feels grounded in the real world.
AI is an incredible starting block, but it takes human taste, eye for detail, and instinct to make a brand truly powerful.

This Eye Test Illustration Package was built for healthcare platforms, optometry clinics, and health tech products that need warm, approachable visuals to communicate clinical moments without making them feel cold or intimidating.
Six scenes. Glasses and eye drops. A patient on a video call. Doctor-patient consultation. Vision chart test. Eye examination. Medication handoff. Every illustration covers a real touchpoint in the eye care journey, drawn in a style that feels human, not clinical.
Soft sage green, warm periwinkle blue, and a cream canvas that lets every character breathe. The color palette alone does half the work; it says "healthcare" without saying "hospital."
This is illustration work designed to live inside a product, not just decorate it.
