Sometimes customers don't reject the product... they reject their own assumptions. A new juice shop had just opened. One customer walked in, looked at the menu, saw the $8.50 price, and immediately walked away. He didn't even taste the juice. The shop owner noticed him leaving and wondered, "Why did he leave so quickly?" The next day... the same customer returned with a friend. His friend ordered the juice. After one sip, both of them finished two glasses. Before leaving, the customer gave the shop a 5-star review. He smiled and said, "Now I understand... it was worth every dollar." šŸ’” Business DNA This is called Confirmation Bias. The customer judged the product before experiencing it. His decision was based on an assumption, not on evidence. Sometimes, businesses don't lose customers because of poor products... They lose them because customers never give the product a fair chance. šŸ¤ Give Me an Opportunity Every business number has a story behind it. I don't just ask, "What happened?" I ask, "Why did it happen?" Because better business decisions begin with better questions. šŸš€ If your business numbers are hiding a story... Give me an opportunity to understand it. #BusinessDNA #ConfirmationBias #BusinessStorytelling #BusinessAnalysis #DecisionMaking #CriticalThinking #ConsumerBehavior #BehavioralEconomics #DataAnalytics #BusinessIntelligence #DataStorytelling #BusinessGrowth #RootCauseAnalysis #CustomerBehavior
