I’ve been using OpusClip to repurpose UnContrad podcast episodes into short-form content and...
It’s become a core part of my creator workflow.
The process is simple:
- upload a horizontal episode
- let OpusClip auto-detect the best moments
- clean up filler, add captions/B‑roll and I choose from best clips
From there, I either schedule directly to socials or export in HD to layer in extra edits.
It’s a lightweight way to ship more, test hooks quickly, and keep long-form work alive across LinkedIn, Shorts, and Reels.

I'm totally going to try this. I have stacks of podcast audio from our 2008 show, THE BIONIC GENIUS ROUNDTABLE.
I'll need to find another tool to map audio to animated AI characters to launch as video content.
