I have heard many users getting error generating with SEEDANCE 2.5 in website.
There is a Video studio in Capcut app for desktop users.
Some says it works better using the Capcut app (Ai lab) or Capcut desktop app.
Is it okay to use these apps instead of Capcut website ?

The Capcut desktop app is also down.

I can't generate, 1000 questions instead of action
@Angelo Pacaanas Using Video Studio in CapCut desktop or AI Lab seems reasonable if the website keeps failing. I’d check whether exports retain the same Seedance 2.5 settings and quality.

Is Seedance 2.5 currently down on CapCut for you too? Trying to generate my entry for the challenge, but it keeps failing and returning credits.
Are the servers just overloaded right now? Let me know if it's working for you!
Same here — desktop app kept failing for me too (same "couldn't generate, credits returned" error). Switched to the web version and it went through first try. Might be worth trying that while desktop sorts itself out.
I am unable to get my CapCut UID for this challenge. What do I do?

Hey @Kayla Li I still haven’t received the free credits for the CapCut Seedance 2.5 Challenge, even though it’s already been a day. Should I wait a few more days, or is there anything you can do to help us get the credits sooner? The deadline is getting closer, and we really need the credits to have enough time to create something good.
